What it is, what it isn't, and where your data goes.

  • What is Visual Designer?

    A visual kit for business slides: icons, diagrams, 3D, flowcharts, animations and infographics. It runs in your browser with no account, and exports SVG, PNG, GIF, MP4 and WebM files you place in PowerPoint. This tool was made available to purchase outside of our courses due to interest and its usefulness. Both Visual Designer & Easy Charts (2 tools built by Impress Training) are available when individuals or organisations pay and attend our 'PowerPoint Design for Business Presentations with Copilot & AI' course, starting from November 2026

  • What isn't it?

    It isn't a full design suite like Canva, a slide or .pptx generator, professional animation software, a stock library, a cloud drive or a real-time collaboration tool.

  • Where is my work stored?

    In the browser on your device: your work, uploads and brand kit. Downloads go straight to you. Clearing your browser data removes them, so keep your brand kit file.

  • Does it work offline?

    Yes. Every core tool runs in the browser, and the downloaded copy works without an internet connection — useful on restricted networks and for confidential client work.

  • What about the AI features?

    They're optional. Nothing is sent until you press an AI button; then only that request goes to Claude through your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms. Follow your organisation's AI policy.

  • Is it safe for our IT team?

    There are no accounts, ads or tracking. Uploaded SVG files are cleaned of scripts, event code, web links and embedded web content.

  • How can we use what we make?

    Use exported visuals in your own presentations and documents. The app, icon library and illustrations remain Impress Training property — no resale or redistribution.

  • Do you offer licenses, SSO or an admin console?

    There's no single sign-on or admin console; the tool is provided as is and updated from time to time. It should be noted, that customers who attend our 'PowerPoint Design for Business Presentation with Copilot & AI' will receive this application as part of their course fee, starting from November 2026.

  • Who designed this?

    Built by a trainer who knows of the struggles from employees and company's creating slide decks. But like so many, they do not have access to Pro-licenses, resources and tools and may find Copilot generations a little slow (at least for now).
